Shipping Policy
Orders are shipped Monday-Friday during normal business hours, excluding federal holidays within the United States. Your order must be received and your credit card authorized by 2:00 p.m. EST or your order will not be processed until the following business day. This applies to all shipping methods.
Delivery Method:
You have your choice of In Store Pickup, UPS, or Flat Rate for $3.95 (2-5 business days).
The methods via UPS (guaranteed tracking) available are:
- Ground (3-10 business days, street addresses only)
- 3 Day Select (3 business days)
- Next Day Air (will arrive the next day if the order has been placed by 2pm Monday-Friday)
Please note that delivery time is based on “business” days. For example, if you place an order on Sunday, it’s impossible for us to ship an item the same day as all the shippers are closed.
Additionally, at this time we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes.
Return & Exchange Policy
30 days from time of purchase. Original store receipt must accompany all returns and exchanges. Items must be in original condition: i.e. cloth diapers, carriers & clothing must be unwashed and unused, and in original packaging. All clearance sales are final. Please contact us directly at info@ilovenaturalbaby.com should you have a need to return or exchange your online purchase.
